RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases of DX-VID products within Australia and is designed to comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Under the ACL, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the ACL.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

DX-VID may accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within  14 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Change of mind returns are not guaranteed and may be declined at DX-VID’s discretion.

If approved:

  • refund will be issued (excluding original shipping costs)
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your DX-VID product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Arrives damaged
  • Is incorrect or not as described

You are entitled to a remedy under the ACL.

You are entitled to choose:

  • A refund, or;
  • A replacement

4. Reporting a Fault or Issue

To request a return, repair, or refund, please contact us within:

  • 14 days for damaged items
  • reasonable timeframe for fault

5. Return Shipping

  • If the product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, DX-VID will cover return shipping costs
  • For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Warranty

DX-VID hardware may also include a manufacturer’s warranty in addition to your ACL rights. Full warranty details are provided with your product or on our website.
